Use our web-site to see exactly the sort of thing we offer, and then simply build your own itinerary that suits you and your family or friends. We are happy to come and meet with you and discuss your course. We know that holidays are short and that time in these magnificent places must be maximized.

Our expertise is specifically in the field of mountain walking, scrambling and mountain biking. We are however pleased to arrange other activities such as kayaking, rock climbing, rafting, or really whatever interests you. We provide accommodation, meals, gear hire and transport.

‘Let The Adventure Begin’ also arranges Sports Tours. Our experience and expertise is specifically with Rugby, Hockey and Cricket in the UK , Europe, North America, Sri Lanka , Kenya and New Zealand . We can offer a consultancy service for your School or Club, or of course, arrange the whole tour for you

A new area for us is to offer ‘celebrations’ spent in mountainous areas. These could be ‘stag’ or ‘hen’ parties, birthdays or anniversaries. A day of activity followed by a night of celebration! These are aimed at all age groups as well.

The Director is Andy Weston. Andy has been Director of Sport at two Independent Schools over the last 10 years. He is vastly experienced at taking groups of students and adults into the mountains on a huge variety of courses, as well as on Sports Tour.

Andy now lives in Lancashire. Many of the photographs on display in the gallery are from previous courses. Many courses Andy has organized have been endurance type activities and raised money for charity. All the staff we use to run our courses are appropriately qualified for the activities and satisfy the national body’s minimum standards at least. 

The philosophy that carries through on all courses we run is to offer a memorable few days. Good humour plays a crucial role here. Safety is paramount, and we work with you to ensure that you are participating in activities you enjoy at a challenging and appropriate level for your group.

Our motto is ‘Supera Superiora Sequi’. Translated this means ‘Onwards and Upwards’, or ‘Always looking for a higher place’. We offer a Course T-shirt with our trips as we believe that an itinerary with us will be one of the most memorable experiences of your life.
